SOS and Book Club

Hi wonderful readers (assuming you're out there!)! Looking for some advice here. Has anyone dealt with exercise-induced headaches? Lately I've been getting migraines sometimes after working out- mostly after hot yoga, but I also got one on Monday after a particularly hard run (yes, with the running group- this time I was dead last but was faster than last time AND had someone to run with. I call that a success for sure!). I'd blame it on dehydration but I feel like I'm drinking tons! It's really frustrating and I'm nervous that I'm going to have to quit doing hot yoga, which I'm really enjoying and want to continue. Anyway, I'll try whatever so if you have any suggestions please do let me know!

In other news, I went to my first ever book club last night and really liked it. We read this book:

Heather had mentioned to me how great this book was, and when I was on the phone with her I got an email that a spot had opened up in the Charlotte Book Club Meetup Group. Unfortunately I didn't get the email until exactly a week before the book club met and I wasn't able to get the book from the library, so I ended up only having a few days to read the book. This wouldn't typically have been a big deal but this book is over 600 pages, so I was definitely cramming and had to do some quick skimming towards the end. It's a great and interesting read, though, and I'd highly recommend it to others!

Off to listen in on a work phone call with colleagues in China. Yay global health!
